Apartment Information
1 Bedroom Garden - located on levels 1-5. Many have a study for extra comfort and feature garden or park views. King bed (can be split into 2 single beds at extra cost)
1 Bedroom Superior - located on levels 6-19. Features a private balcony and stunning uninterrupted views of the ocean. King bed (can be split into 2 single beds at extra cost)
2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom - these apartments feature one bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom in some of these apartments have either fixed or cavity sliding walls, bi-fold sliding glass doors or plantation shutters. Tropical garden views are on levels 1-4 and ocean views are from levels 5-19.
2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom - situated on the northern end of the building providing perfect east and northerly aspects, there is only one of these apartments on each floor. The main bathroom features a bathtub. The second bedroom in some of these apartments have either fixed or cavity sliding walls, bi-fold sliding glass doors or plantation shutters. Tropical garden views are on levels 1-4 and ocean views are from levels 5-19.

Should a credit card not be available, you will be required to pay a cash bond (same as above amounts). Bond requirements are set independently and may vary, it is at the discretion of management as to the amount required.

SCHOOL LEAVERS
This property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers bookings during the annual Schoolies period. In particular, it does not offer adequate resources with regards to security personnel to guarantee the safety of this unique group. For this reason, Ocean Pacific reserves the right to reject bookings from school and / or university leavers for this entire school leavers period.
