A side step from Brisbane’s CBD and a short walk from Fortitude Valley, Belise presents urban sophistication. Positioned atop one of the higher points of Bowen Hills overlooking the new RNA Showground redevelopment, Belise offers the perfect mix of business and pleasure.
Encompassing the ground level is the grand entry foyer, reception and conference rooms, you'll find the swimming pool and fitness room on level 7 while the huge rooftop deck features a barbecue entertainment area with unrestricted city, river and showground views.
The modern and fresh 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments offer gernerous living spaces and abundance of natural light. Each self-contained apartment includes a full kitchen with stainless steel European kitchen appliances, spacious balcony, laundry, air-conditioning, cable TV channels and free WiFi. As Belise is self-contained and unserviced, a small amount of provisions are supplied - bathroom, kitchen and laundry soap, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay.
